What is UHM's Admissions Process?
To be considered for admissions at UHM, families are required to submit an online enrollment application and pay the non-refundable application fee. Families will secure a guaranteed spot on our waitlist for their child with the submission of their enrollment application and the processing of their application fee.
UHM Fall enrollment decisions are released to families on our waitlist in February of the respective enrollment year.
During the course of the school year, if an opening in our Montessori program comes available, a member of our admissions team will contact the next applicant on our waitlist and notify them of their child’s acceptance into our program.

How can I schedule a tour to visit UHM?List Item 4
UHM only offers individual tours as we value the one to one personal interaction and communication with each interested family. We offer individual tours from October to May. For those families interested in scheduling a tour, you may access our "Tour Calendar" after you have started the application process via Ravenna by creating a basic account and profile for you and your child.
To start the application process through Ravenna, please visit the ADMISSIONS section of our website and select where it says "Submit and Application". After creating your profile, please choose the appropriate enrollment year in the upper right hand corner and then select University Heights Montessori from the school dashboard. You will then need to select "Apply" to start the application process. From there, please scroll down to where it says "REGISTER FOR AN EVENT". Our tour calender with available tour dates will appear within this section. You are not required to submit an application or pay the application fee prior to scheduling a tour.

What happens if my child is not accepted?
UHM would love to accept every student who applies to our Montessori school and program; however we are limited by the number of spaces we have available each year. If we are unable to offer admissions to your child for the requested school year, UHM will rollover your child's application at no cost for one additional year at your personal request. If you request not to have your child's application rollover to the following school year, we will remove your child's application from our waitlist.
